Deposits and Withdrawals: What to Expect
We offer a straightforward payment experience tailored for Dutch and broader EU players. iDEAL is the primary method for Dutch users, alongside widely accepted cards, e-wallets and bank transfers. All deposits are instant except bank transfers, and we do not charge any internal fees — though third-party fees may apply.

All deposits are credited to your account immediately (except bank transfers). The minimum deposit across all methods is €10, which aligns with the entry-level for our welcome package and ongoing promotions.
Withdrawal Flows and Limits
When you request a withdrawal, we apply a pending period of up to 24 hours to review the request. After approval, funds are sent via the method you used for deposit, where possible. The minimum withdrawal is €20. Maximum limits per transaction are not yet finalised; based on industry standards, you can expect limits between €2,000 and €5,000 for most methods, with higher limits for players in higher loyalty tiers.

Before your first withdrawal, we will request identity and address verification (KYC). This is a one-time process that typically takes a few hours once documents are submitted. We recommend completing it early to avoid delays.
Pending Period and Processing Times
Our internal pending period is under 24 hours for all withdrawal requests. After that, the actual transfer time depends on the method: e-wallets are usually instant or within a few hours, card payments take 1–3 banking days, and bank transfers 1–3 business days. We do not charge any fees for withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Crypto withdrawals (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin) are also available for players who prefer them, with a minimum equivalent of €20 and maximum of €10,000 per transaction. Processing times for crypto are not yet finalised but will be published at launch.
